Website Features

A header image designed with a unique background image, custom header text and coach’s headshot. Created for Desktop, Tablet and Smartphone viewing. Select the examples below to see samples of some custom headers we’ve created for clients. This includes a 15 minute design consultation call.

We will add your logo to the header and footer of your website. Logo to be provided to us in vector or transparent file format in high resolution. Logo may be adjusted to fit your website design. Removing logo from background or logo cleanup may be subject to additional fees.

Your “As Seen On” logos will be sized, positioned and added to Home Page and About Page, or to the top of the Footer. Each logo to be provided by client in clean, high resolution format. Logo cleanup, reconstruction or removing logos from background may be subject to additional fees. Maximum of 10 logos.

Change the hex colors of your website. This includes a brief consultation to determine the colors desired.

A sample of the home page and about page with your new colors will be provided for your approval. This price includes 1 round of edits. Upon your approval, the remaining site pages will be updated following the same format as the Home and About Page.

Change the fonts in your website. This includes a brief consultation to determine the Google Fonts desired. If a custom website font not available through Google is requested, you will be responsible for the purchase and license of the custom font and will provide it to us to use in your site.

We will password protect your call archives or client only content pages and load your archived calls links for up to 3 courses.

Additional courses and call archives pages will be charged additional fees (ask for quote).

We will also provide you documented procedures for managing and posting your future recorded teaching calls with your clients.

This is a one-time service. If you would like ongoing support for posting your weekly calls, contact us about our Virtual Assistant services.

Add a page to promote your book to your website. This includes your book cover mocked up into a beauty photo and brief description of your book with a link to Amazon or other bookseller’s site page, and link added to site navigation. Add $25 for each additional book listed on page.

Add a testimonials page to your website. This page showcases additional testimonials and/or the full version of any testimonials that were edited down for use in the testimonial sliders on your website. It includes up to 10  testimonials (photos and text provided by you) arranged on page including client credit and thumbnail image of the client’s headshot and a “See More Testimonials” button added to testimonial slider on your website.

Website Development

Standard Content Editing for Your Website. This includes adding or editing  text, adding or updating links, photos and videos to existing pages on your website.

Google Analytics is a free web analytics service that offers basic analytical tools and statistics to track the performance of your website and information about your visitors.

3rd Party Integration

The paid version of Calendly has some very helpful features. We will help you set up additional event types for different types or lengths of appointments, help you set up your availability, connect your various calendars and set up automated emails that trigger when clients book their appointments.

Note: This requires you to upgrade to the paid version of Calendly. Log into your Calendly account and follow the upgrade instructions.

We will help you set up your PayPal Account or Stripe Account so you can collect payments through a button, link or invoice via Stripe or PayPal.

Note: This is not setting up a full shopping cart system, only the basic setup of your selected payment processing account. If you need a shopping cart, please request a custom quote.

Virtual Assistant Packages

This package will provide professional setup of many of the basic website-related advanced features, tasks and accounts including Calendly, Zoom, Email Whitelisting, Email Marketing, Payment Processor and more.

In this package we will:

  • Help you make the most of your Calendly account
  • Become comfortable with Zoom, and recording your calls
  • Assist you with the Client Login Area and provide you documented procedures for managing and posting your recorded teaching calls with your clients
  • Get your AWeber or MailChimp email template created and send out your first marketing email

Lead Magnet

Installation of a beautiful transformational ebook designed and provided by Life Coach Elevate.

It will be customized with your photo, bio, contact information and call to action linked to your Discovery Session page. The lead magnet will appear on your home page, blog pages, and thank you page.

We will setup your opt-in landing page within your AWeber or MailChimp account* and configure your Free Gift Delivery Page.

Email

We will go through the process of setting up a professional email address for you through Google Workspace using your website’s domain name, such as [email protected].

Note: Google Workspace will require a credit or debit card for recurring monthly billing through Google. Email plans vary based on features you choose. You will be in full control of your Google Workspace account and will be able to add additional email accounts for team members or various company positions such as [email protected], [email protected], etc.

Google performs checks on messages sent to Gmail accounts to verify messages are authenticated. To help ensure these messages are delivered as expected, we will set up email authentication for your domain. The setup of SPF, DKIM and DMARC protects your email, and provides the authentication required for safe email delivery. Without DKIM, your domain emails are more likely to be marked as spam by receiving mail servers.

DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance) is an email authentication protocol that helps protect email senders and recipients from threats like spoofing and data breaches. DMARC builds on DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail), and SPF (Sender Policy Framework) to verify email senders and improve email delivery.

We’ll create your Email Signature including your photo and/or logo and contact info, and set up your Vacation Responder that you can activate to automatically respond to emails whenever you are out of the office for an extended period of time.
