We’re so happy you’re here. Thank you for choosing us to support your coaching journey. These Terms of Service explain your rights and responsibilities when using our websites, services, and products. By using our platforms and services, you agree to these terms, so please take a moment to read through them. If you have any questions, we’re here to help—just reach out before getting started!

1. About Us

At LCE, we specialize in website support and digital marketing solutions designed just for life coaches. Our services include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Ready-made WordPress websites
  • Website design and customization
  • Hosting and maintenance
  • Branding and graphic design
  • Online content creation
  • Virtual assistant services
  • Basic SEO services and digital marketing

We’re committed to helping you build a professional, smooth online presence while making sure everything stays compliant with licensing and copyright standards. Need customizations or have questions? Just ask!

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using our Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements. If you’re using our services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity (your “Subscribing Entity”), you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

3. Using Our Services

3.1 General Requirements

This Agreement sets out the terms and rules for using our websites, products, and services. LCE may update these terms from time to time, and the changes take effect as soon as they’re posted. By continuing to use our services after an update, you agree to the new terms.

To access and save a copy of this Agreement, you’ll need an internet connection and a compatible device (like a computer or smartphone). We recommend printing or saving a copy for your records.

3.2 Account Security

Keeping your account secure is important! You’re responsible for safeguarding your login details. If you think someone else has accessed your account, let us know right away. LCE isn’t responsible for any losses that come from unauthorized access to your account. For extra security, always log out when using public or shared devices.

To keep our platform safe, we may block access from certain IP addresses if needed.

4. Payments, Subscriptions & Deliverables

4.1 Payment Terms

  • Payments are billed in USD unless otherwise noted.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew monthly or annually based on your selection.
  • If there are any pricing changes, we’ll provide advance notice on our website.

4.2 Refund Policy

  • Monthly subscriptions: Eligible for a refund if canceled within 30 days.
  • Annual subscriptions: Cancellations take effect at the end of the term; unused months are non-refundable.

4.3 Late or Non-Payment

If a payment method fails, you’ll have 10 business days to resolve it before your services are suspended. If payment still isn’t received after 20 additional days, we’ll send a final written notice giving you 14 days to bring your account current. After that final notice period, we may remove your website and related services from our servers.

We know life happens, and we don’t want anyone to lose their work over a billing hiccup. If you’re having trouble, please reach out—we’ll do our best to work with you.

4.4 Support Session Availability & Scheduling

As part of our QuickStart Pro and QuickStart Premium packages, we include dedicated implementation and support time (30 minutes for QuickStart Pro and 60 minutes for QuickStart Premium) to help you get the most value from your experience with LifeCoach Elevate.

To make sure our team can provide timely, focused support, these included support sessions are available for up to six (6) months from the day your site goes live. We’ll do our best to send friendly reminders during this time, but it’s up to you to schedule and use your included support sessions within that window. Any unused support time after this period will be considered forfeited.

If you need additional support beyond the included timeframe, we’re always happy to explore paid support options or next-step services that meet your needs.

5. Website & Hosting Services

5.1 Ready-Made Websites

Our Ready-Made WordPress Websites are designed to get you up and running quickly. They come with essential features and plugins to make customization easier.

  • Plugin Licenses: We include functional plugins, but ongoing licenses for some themes or plugins may not be included. Some may require annual renewals.
  • Design Ownership: LCE and our design partner, Brave Thinking Institute (BTI), retain copyrights for visual website designs unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing. BTI is a long-standing creative partner that has contributed to the development of our website design templates.
  • Third-Party Content: Any images, stock photos, or third-party materials remain the property of their original owners. We’re happy to provide licensing details upon request.

5.2 Hosting Services

  • Hosting includes backups, system updates, and plugin support.
  • Websites have a 1GB storage limit unless otherwise stated. Extra usage may incur fees.
  • Certain plugins (e.g., caching or backup plugins) are restricted for security and performance reasons.

5.3 Prohibited Plugins

5.4 Website Transfers

Want to move your site? No problem! You can transfer your website to another provider with 14 days’ notice. We’ll assist with transfers (to WordPress and Elementor-compatible hosts) for a $150 transfer fee. Once transferred, any LCE-provided plugin licenses will be removed, and you’ll be responsible for purchasing your own.

6. Additional Services

6.1 Copywriting & AI Assistance

We may use AI-powered tools to assist with content creation, including website copy, blog posts, and marketing materials. While we take care to review everything for accuracy and quality, you are responsible for reviewing and approving all final content before it’s published. If you have concerns about AI-assisted content, let us know and we’re happy to discuss alternative approaches.

7. Intellectual Property & Content

7.1 Ownership

LCE retains intellectual property rights for Ready-Made Websites and pre-made content unless stated otherwise.

  • Logos and custom-designed graphics become your property once payment is complete.
  • Third-party content (e.g., stock images, plugins) remains the property of the respective owners.

7.2 Your Content Responsibilities

You guarantee that any content you upload is either original or properly licensed. You must have permission to include other people’s names, images, or likenesses. Content must not violate any laws or infringe on intellectual property rights.

LCE is not responsible for monitoring your content, but we may remove material that violates these terms.

8. Cancellations, Pauses & Returning to LifeCoach Elevate

At LifeCoach Elevate, we care deeply about supporting you and your mission. We know that life happens, seasons change, and your website needs may evolve. This section covers how to pause, cancel, or come back—all with the same love, clarity, and care we’re known for.

8.1 Cancellation Policy

We’re here to support you for as long as you need us. If you decide to step away:

  • Please provide 14 days’ notice to cancel your hosting and support subscription.
  • After cancellation, you may choose to have your website shut down or transferred to another provider.
  • If your site is transferred, any LifeCoach Elevate–owned plugin licenses will be removed as part of the transfer process.
  • Hosting and support services end once the cancellation takes effect.

We appreciate every client who has trusted us with their online home, and we’re always here if you feel called to return.

8.2 Pause Site Policy

Need a breather? We can accommodate you—sometimes a pause is exactly what’s needed.

  • Send a request 7 days in advance to pause your site.
  • While paused, your website will be taken offline and a reduced monthly fee of $4.99 applies to maintain your files securely on our servers.
  • When you’re ready to come back online, let us know 7 days in advance, and a $49 reactivation fee will restore your site and hosting services.

8.3 Termination

We work hard to create a respectful and secure environment. While rare, LifeCoach Elevate may terminate an account for violations of these Terms—including prohibited activities or repeated non-payment. Refunds are not issued for terminated accounts. If this ever becomes necessary, we’ll communicate clearly and respectfully.

8.4 Returning to LifeCoach

Elevate (Reactivation Options)
If your site has been transferred away and you’d like to come back—welcome home. We’re honored to support you again. Both reactivation options below require updated credit card and billing information to restart your subscription.

Option 1: Restore From LifeCoach Elevate Backup — $59

  • A $59 one-time restoration fee applies. Completion time: up to 7 days.
  • We’ll restore your website exactly as it existed when your account originally left LifeCoach Elevate.
  • Any changes made after your transfer to another hosting provider will not be included, as we can’t access or reconstruct edits made outside our system.
  • Once restored, your regular hosting subscription resumes with your updated payment information.

Option 2: Transfer Your Active Site From Another Provider — $89

  • An $89 one-time transfer and reactivation fee applies. Completion time: up to 14 days.
  • We’ll migrate your existing live site from your current hosting provider back into the LifeCoach Elevate environment, preserving your updated content to the best of our ability.
  • This option requires full access to your current hosting account, domain controls, and any associated login credentials.
  • Once transferred, your regular monthly subscription resumes using your updated billing information.

A Gentle Note on Timelines:

We do our best to complete reactivations well before the maximum timelines listed. Sometimes, things outside our control—like third-party host response times, DNS propagation, or plugin compatibility—may slow things down. If anything unexpected comes up, you’ll hear from us with clear, timely communication. We’re here to support you with transparency and care.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Life Coach Elevate, LLC, its owners, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) that arise out of:

  • Content you upload, publish, or distribute through our services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third party’s rights, including intellectual property rights
  • Any misrepresentation you make

We hope this never comes into play—but if a claim arises from something on your end, this section makes sure the responsibility stays where it belongs.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

We pour our hearts into what we do, and we work hard to deliver great services. That said, we want to be upfront:

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes (but isn’t limited to) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We don’t guarantee that our services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. While we strive to support your growth and success, your progress depends on you—your effort, your skills, and the actions you take. We’re here to guide and encourage you every step of the way, but we can’t guarantee specific results or earnings.

11. Limitation of Liability

While we work hard to provide top-quality services, LCE isn’t responsible for:

  • Any damages from using our services, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or unforeseen
  • Loss of data, financial loss, or intellectual property claims
  • Service interruptions or downtime

If we’re found liable for anything related to these Terms, our maximum obligation is either $500 or the total amount you’ve paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose—whichever is greater.

12. Privacy & Disputes

12.1 Privacy

Your privacy matters to us! We follow data protection laws and handle your information with care. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

12.2 Informal Resolution First

Before filing any formal dispute, we ask that you reach out to us directly so we can try to resolve things together. Many concerns can be worked out with a simple conversation. You agree to contact us in writing and give us 30 days to address your concern before pursuing arbitration or any other legal remedy.

12.3 Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These terms follow Arizona state law.
  • Arbitration: Any disputes that can’t be resolved informally will be settled individually through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona (no class actions). The arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
  • Attorney Fees: In any legal proceeding related to these Terms, the prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs from the other party.

13. Force Majeure

Neither party will be held liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control. This includes things like natural disasters, power outages, internet service disruptions, government actions, pandemics, or acts of God. If something like this affects our ability to serve you, we’ll communicate openly and work to resume services as quickly as possible.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced here, make up the entire agreement between you and LCE. They replace any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.

14.2 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

If we don’t enforce a particular right or provision of these Terms at any point, that doesn’t mean we’re waiving it. We can still enforce it later.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. LCE may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, provided the assignee agrees to honor these Terms.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date at the top. For significant changes, we’ll make a reasonable effort to give you 30 days’ notice before they take effect. By continuing to use our services after any changes, you’re agreeing to the updated Terms.
