These Terms of Service explain your rights and responsibilities when using our websites, services, and products. 1. About Us

At LCE, we specialize in website support and digital marketing solutions designed just for life coaches. Our services include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Ready-made WordPress websites
  • Website design and customization
  • Hosting and maintenance
  • Branding and graphic design
  • Online content creation
  • Virtual assistant services
  • Basic SEO services and digital marketing

We’re committed to helping you build a professional, seamless online presence while ensuring compliance with licensing and copyright standards. Need customizations or have questions? Just ask!

2. Using Our Services

2.1 General Requirements

This Agreement sets out the terms and rules for using our websites, products, and services. LCE may update these terms from time to time, and the changes take effect as soon as they’re posted. By continuing to use our services after an update, you agree to the new terms.

To access and save a copy of this Agreement, you’ll need an internet connection and a compatible device (like a computer or smartphone). We recommend printing or saving a copy for your records.

2.2 Account Security

Keeping your account secure is important! You’re responsible for safeguarding your login details. If you think someone else has accessed your account, let us know immediately. LCE isn’t responsible for any losses due to unauthorized access. For extra security, always log out when using public or shared devices.

To keep our platform safe, we may block access from certain IP addresses if needed.

2.3 Commercial Use

If you’re using our services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity (your “Subscribing Entity”), you confirm that:

  • You have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of the entity.
  • You understand and agree to these terms for the Subscribing Entity.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

3.1 Payment Terms

  • Payments are billed in USD unless otherwise noted.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew monthly or annually based on your selection.
  • If there are any pricing changes, we’ll provide advance notice on our website.

3.2 Refund Policy

  • Monthly subscriptions: Eligible for a refund if canceled within 30 days.
  • Annual subscriptions: Cancellations take effect at the end of the term; unused months are non-refundable.

3.3 Late or Non-Payment

  • If a payment method fails, you’ll have 10 business days to resolve it before suspension.
  • If payment isn’t received within 20 days, we may delete your website and services.

4. Website & Hosting Services

4.1 Ready-Made Websites

Our Ready-Made WordPress Websites are designed to get you up and running quickly. They include essential features and plugins, making customization easier.

  • Plugin Licenses: We include functional plugins, but ongoing licenses for some themes or plugins may not be included. Some may require annual renewals.
  • Design Ownership: LCE and Brave Thinking Institute (BTI) retain copyrights for visual website designs unless agreed otherwise.
  • Third-Party Content: Any images, stock photos, or third-party materials remain the property of their original owners. We’re happy to provide licensing details upon request.

4.2 Hosting Services

Hosting includes backups, system updates, and plugin support.

  • Websites have a 1GB storage limit unless otherwise stated. Extra usage may incur fees.
  • Certain plugins (e.g., caching or backup plugins) are restricted for security and performance reasons.

4.3 Prohibited Plugins

4.4 Website Transfers

Want to move your site? No problem! You can transfer your website to another provider with 14 days’ notice. We’ll assist with transfers (to WordPress and Elementor-compatible hosts) for a $150 transfer fee. Once transferred, any LCE-provided plugin licenses will be removed, and you’ll be responsible for purchasing your own.

5. Additional Services

5.1 Copywriting & AI Assistance

We may use AI to help with content creation. While we take care to ensure accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing and approving final content before publishing.

6. Intellectual Property & Content

6.1 Ownership

  • LCE retains intellectual property rights for Ready-Made Websites and pre-made content unless stated otherwise.
  • Logos and custom-designed graphics become your property once payment is complete.
  • Third-party content (e.g., stock images, plugins) remains the property of the respective owners.

6.2 Your Content Responsibilities

  • You guarantee that any content you upload is either original or properly licensed.
  • You must have permission to include other people’s names, images, or likenesses.
  • Content must not violate any laws or infringe on intellectual property rights.
  • LCE is not responsible for monitoring content, but we may remove material that violates these terms.

7. Cancellations & Termination

7.1 Cancellation Policy

  • Hosting and support require 14 days’ notice for cancellation.
  • Upon cancellation, you can either shut down or transfer your website.
  • Any LCE-owned plugin licenses will be removed upon transfer.

7.2 Pause Site Policy

Need to put your site on hold? No worries!

  • Send a request 7 days in advance to pause your site.
  • Your site will be taken offline, and a reduced monthly fee of $4.99 applies.
  • When you’re ready to reactivate, request 7 days in advance and pay a $49 reactivation fee.

7.3 Termination

We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms, including prohibited activities or non-payment. Refunds are not issued for terminated accounts.

8. Privacy & Disputes

8.1 Privacy

Your privacy matters to us! We follow data protection laws—see our Privacy Policy for details.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These terms follow Arizona state law.
  • Arbitration: Any disputes will be settled individually through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona (no class actions allowed).
  • Legal Fees: If LCE wins a legal dispute, you agree to cover our attorney fees.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide top-quality services, we can’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. LCE isn’t responsible for:

  • Any damages from using our services, whether direct, indirect, or unforeseen.
  • Loss of data, financial loss, or intellectual property claims.

If we’re found liable, our maximum obligation is either $500 or the total amount you’ve paid to us in the last 12 months—whichever is less.
