Congratulations! Your beautiful new website is up and running, but there are still many other “basic” items that need to be addressed, and this package can help take the the hassle and frustration out of figuring things out on your own.
In this package we’ll:
- Help you make the most of your Calendly account
- Help you become comfortable with Zoom, and recording your calls
- Assist you with the Client Login Area and provide you documented procedures for managing and posting your recorded teaching calls with your clients
- Get your AWeber or MailChimp email template created and send out your first marketing email
- Submit your sitemap for basic Google Indexing
- Whitelist your domain email and set up of email signatures and vacation responder
- Assist with the basic set up of your Paypal or Stripe account
- Make some basic content edits to your website

SET UP MY BUSINESS BASICS PACKAGE – $395
- Getting Started Consultation + Kickoff Session During this session we'll connect to get any necessary account access, get any required lists or content from you, answer questions, etc.
- Advanced Calendly Setup & Training: Assist with advanced configuration of your Calendly account, adding additional event types, and setup of automated emails.*
- Basic Zoom Assistance & Training: Configure your account, tips and tricks, changing backgrounds, accessing and managing recordings, etc.
- Call Archives Management: Password protect call archives or client only content pages, load archived calls links, add additional courses, plus basic training for call posting**
- Email Setup: Set up your AWeber or MailChimp email templates, assist in creating and sending your first email.***
- List Hygiene and Upload: Clean up of existing contact list by purging undeliverable email addresses, load your clean list into your AWeber or MailChimp account.
- Basic Google indexing & Favicon: Ensure correct plugins are installed and sitemap is submitted and upload your Favicon to display an icon of your site in your browser tabs.
- Whitelist Your Domain Email: Configure DKIM and SPF within your email account to greatly reduce your emails going straight to client's spam accounts.
- Create Email Signature and Vacation Responder: Create your email signature including your photo and/or logo and contact info, and set up your Vacation Responder that you can activate to automatically respond to emails whenever you are out of the office for an extended period of time.
- Basic Stripe or Paypal Setup Assistance: Assist you with setting up your Paypal Account or Stripe Account so you can collect payments through a button, link or invoice.****
- 30 Minutes of General Content Editing: Basic content editing on your website including adding or revising text, links, photos and videos to your website.
- Note: Any item not used in package will be exchanged for the equivalent of additional content editing services.
